Religious Exploration 9/13/17

Nate PawelekThanks to all who participated in the SUUS Orchestra performance of the Beatles “Yellow Submarine” at the Water Communion Service last Sunday: Paul, Steve Sarah, Luca, Niko, Zachary, Ned, Eric, and AJ.  (Sorry, Liza, for making your part too high!)  The next time we perform is at the Thanksgiving Service on November 19.  If you would like to play, let me know!

This Sunday there will be a Children and Youth Chapel Service in the library after we are dismissed from the adult worship service.  All children and youth are welcome, except those who hang out in the nursery with Lori.

Speaking of the nursery, we are looking for more people to volunteer to help watch the youngest among us.  This is an occasional job.  Youth are welcome!  Talk to Nate if you would like to help out.

The annual Crop Walk to stamp out hunger is happening on Saturday, October 1 at 1pm on the Guilford Green.  Sign up to walk and/or donate.  This is a fun event for families!

Don’t forget the TGIF dinner this Friday, also a fun event for families!  Wine and cheese served at 5:30pm, dinner starts at 6pm, followed by games galore!  If you’re going, sign up by Wednesday, September 13.
