Art Museum

Another Connecticut museum treasure is the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme.  Right now it is possible to visit their gardens and grounds along the banks of the Lieutenant River.  You can also view their online collections at:  https://florencegriswoldmuseum.org/collections/online/

The museum’s education department is offering an online art experience for all ages.  Each week there is a new ArtReach project.  These hands-on/minds-on activities are designed for all skill levels and to inspire your creative individuality.  Most projects can be made with materials you can find around the house.  You can try this week’s project and see the past offerings at:  https://florencegriswoldmuseum.org/learn/flogrisartreach/
