Dear SUUS Families!
We’ve officially kicked off the 2021-22 Faith Formation Year and WOW was it EPIC! Despite a downpour out of nowhere, the skies cleared and we had a gorgeous evening for a movie under the light of the moon and we even caught a glimpse of the SPACE STATION! How cool is that? Then on Sunday we made beautiful Dreamcatchers together. Thank you to ALL who contributed to the weekend activities! It was wonderful to be together again.
Up next! This Sunday, we will gather at 1pm to create a SUUS Scarecrow Scene for the annual “Scarecrows Invade Madison” event. The theme is RECYCLING and a focus on our 7th Principle. ALL are welcome to join us on Sunday. We only ask that you bring some trash and/or recycling objects. We will use these items to create our Scarecrows! Bring a mask and your creativity!

Picture all the people who have ever come to SUUS on Sunday morning. Absolute truth for some is completely false for others. Few other religions come together on those terms even once, let alone Sunday after Sunday. Our very presence at 10:30 AM is a mighty anthem to our common faith that a powerful and transcendent unity can be forged from diversity (at least on our good days!).

Please join us for an ALL AGES outdoor gathering at SUUS where we will begin construction on a Faith Formation SCARECROW for the annual “Scarecrows Invade Madison” event! You won’t want to miss this special group project. ALL ages are welcome to join in the creative FUN!

Simply snap a photo of your letter, email to ME and I will mysteriously send your letter through the interwebs! This is an intergenerational activity and a perfect opportunity to explore our monthly theme, “Cultivating Relationship.” ALL are welcome to participate!
