With so many tragedies around us, is compassion sometimes difficult to extend?  The Dalai Lama tells us compassion is necessary for humanity to survive.  Rev. Megan Lloyd Joiner will help us reflect on and offer compassion – not only for others, but for ourselves.

Rev. Joiner has completed a two-year fellowship in Compassion-Centered Spiritual Health at Emory University’s Winship Cancer Institute.  She now works with both Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and is the community minister at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta.
