Adults and Teens: Can You Lift?

Each Sunday morning when weather permits outside services (in addition to Zoom), we need two adults or teens who can help set up the outdoor worship service – in the two gardens outside our building.  Starting at 9 a.m., you’ll help us by bringing small pieces of furniture such as folding tables, small end tables, sound equipment, the podium, and some chairs outdoors from the Fellowship Hall or the Sanctuary. We also need help with putting the equipment away after the service as well. If bad weather is predicted, you’ll be notified the Friday before Sunday that the outdoor service is cancelled.

You’ll be working with a wonderful team – Rev. Terry, Amy Buckley, and Nick Stanford.  Remember, they have the whole service to present, and they really need YOUR help before and after the worship services.  TEENS:  this is a wonderful project that could satisfy a community service requirement at your high schools.

Here are the upcoming dates to help:

·         November 14 (Worship and then Town Hall meeting after the service)

·         November 21

·         December 5th, 12th, and 19th
