Dear SUUS Families,
We had a wonderful class last week assisted by Kathy (Thank you, Kathy!), which involved a very intense game of HEDBANZ! It was truly an ALL AGES exploration of life’s gifts and JOY! Sounds of laughter filled the fellowship hall and it was a JOY to be together!
Let’s do it AGAIN this Sunday, April 3! All are welcome to join at 10:30am at SUUS as we embark on a journey of “Awakening!” Together we will explore waking up to wonder and beauty through our senses. Come and “Smell the Roses” with US!
Please bring a mask and an item or two for PACK A PURSE! See you then!

Faith Formation Happenings
WORSHIP
Sunday, April 3 at 10:30am – Multi-Platform Worship with Samuel King
“Churning Waste Into Wonder” – This reflection will consider how what is often seen as waste or defilement might actually be the source of our renewal.
IN-PERSON Option 1:
FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN ATTENDING FAITH FORMATION DO NOT NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION! Faith Formation will be held in the Fellowship Hall during Multi-Platform Worship. Families will meet at 10:30am in the Fellowship Hall. There, the service will be live streamed and a parent or caregiver will need to stay with children until Amy comes down for class. At this point, parents/caregivers are welcome to stay in the Fellowship Hall OR watch the service from the foyer, living room or in the sanctuary if seating is available.
IN-PERSON Option 2:
You can sign up to reserve seats in the sanctuary for yourself and a partner by clicking HERE! Chairs in the Sanctuary have been reduced to 24, you may move your chair to sit closer to family members or others within your “bubble.”

EXCITING NEWS! Special thanks to Sarah & Maisey (Girls Scout Troop 62053) for their generous donation of NEW HANDBAGS! We are so grateful and cannot wait to stuff them on April 10! THANK YOU for your generosity!
Faith Formation is collecting new or gently used handbags for women in need. Please help us collect HANDBAGS & items from the list below to PACK A PURSE! Collection bins will be at the top of the SUUS steps until Sunday morning April 10. During the service that morning, Faith Formation will have a Spring Celebration where children and youth will pack purses (including notes of inspiration & hope), hunt for Easter eggs and enjoy other fun activities to celebrate Spring together while helping women in need. Thank you in advance for your help with this project and THANK YOU, Beth Skudder, for sharing another fabulous idea with US!
