Dear SUUS Families,
Wasn’t it wonderful to be together last Sunday? Thank you Elise Morrison, Holley Anderson and Kathy Helmrich for your amazing contributions to this beloved community. It was truly a regathering of “Belonging” and I am grateful for the experience we shared together.
Now that our backpacks are blessed and we have reconnected, I invite ALL Faith Formation EXPLORERS grades kindergarten and up to join us this Sunday, September 18 for our first EXPLORATION of the new year! We will be joined by a very special guest, make lava lamps from our water communion and decorate our new space in the Fellowship Hall. WOOHOO!

“Belonging to an Earth Community” with Sam King
How can the James Webb Space Telescope rekindle our sense of belonging to an Earth community? This service will weave together insights from the Webb telescope and the Journey of the Universe project, exploring how a deep time perspective can help galvanize the shift toward a flourishing planetary civilization.

OWL Grades 7 – 9
We are thrilled to announce that we will be doing OWL for Grades 7-9 in collaboration with All Souls New London. The classes will run from October through May from 10-1130am at All Souls and Jennifer Swenson will be one of the facilitators. Thank you Jennifer for committing to our youth and this program!
