16th Annual Walk to End Homelessness
The 16th Annual Walk to End Homelessness is a tradition as old as the New London Homeless Hospitality Center itself, which has played a pivotal role in helping thousands of people experiencing homelessness get a fresh start throughout southeast Connecticut for over 16 years. Despite your good work and ours, the affordable and available housing crisis is growing, which is why this year’s Walk to End Homelessness is as important as ever. Meet us at the Walk where the entire community that cares can come together to raise awareness and show we care.
The 2.5-mile route is not strenuous and will pass many of New London’s historic, cultural, and social service landmarks, including the New London Homeless Hospitality Center, reminding us of all the City of New London does for its regional community. Experience festivities and the music of DogBite. There will be vendor and information booths from other organizations dedicated to social services in our region. Meet your friends, give some thought to how you can help to end homelessness and we look forward to seeing you there!
