Mindfulness Meditation On Hiatus

Our Wednesday meditation class will be on hiatus through the end of the year.  Thank you to all who attended.  We will regroup at a later date to determine a day and time that works for most.  Until then, practice….-ten or twenty minutes or more when you rise or anytime when you can sit, relax and focus.  Namaste.
