The Hospitality Committee would like to review the procedures now in place for coffee hour on Sunday mornings after worship. We have assigned SUUS committees to host coffee hours each month, except during the summer months when there is no formal coffee hour. The committees are in charge of set up and breakdown each week within that month. There is a guide book in the kitchen cabinet to assist you with any questions that you may have. The schedule listing of committees assigned is posted on the refrigerator in the Coffee Room and will be listed in the Wednesday News as well. A reminder email will also be sent to the committee chair prior to their assigned month.
The congregation is asked to bring in items to contribute to the spread each week. There are also items in the refrigerator and freezer that can always be used (except items marked otherwise). The cabinet in the kitchen also has food that is for coffee hour. Please feel free to contribute and use as needed.
