Use of SUUS Sound System

We are in the process of updating our technology systems, i.e. the sound system and SmartBoard.  You may have noticed a new microphone that appears to provide stronger sound.  A new mixer with remote control is on order and will enable the resident technologist and his team to adjust microphone levels remotely (without having to leap up during the service!).

The highest priority for our technology system is its availability and performance for Sunday services.  When we have to re-adjust the system on a Sunday morning because of its use during the week, it is frustrating, especially if there has been no prior coordination.  So, we would appreciate the cooperation of SUUS members and request that you alert the Technology Committee (Eric Munro) before using the system so that, firstly, it can be set up for your requirements, and, secondly, so that there are no surprises on Sunday morning.
