Want to raise the bar on your soup-making skills?  Come to SUUS for a free cooking demonstration with vegan chef, Mary Lawrence, on January 26th at 4pm.  She’ll offer tips and strategies about preparation, balancing flavors, nutrition, and more.

This event will be free for attendees.  Recipes and food samples provided.  Sponsored by CT Shoreline Vegans and the Social Justice Committee.
