Faith Formation Happenings

Last week:
Last Sunday, Faith Formation classes joined together and were led in a group project orchestrated by Cathy Ramin.  The children painted and decorated a giving tree and made scarves to be donated to the Community Dining Room in Branford.  The tree is in the Fellowship Hall and will be on display until Sunday, December 15.  Please take a look and pick out an ornament with an item to be donated.  Thank you, Cathy, for your creativity!

The book drive is still underway!  Please consider donating gently used books to be delivered to New Haven Reads next month. Donation boxes can be found in the Fellowship Hall.

This week:
This Sunday we are back to our regularly scheduled program!  Children will join us for the beginning of the service and then head to class.

Coming of Age/Youth will gather in the Fellowship Hall at 10:00am to have a meet & greet breakfast with their mentors.  This is their first gathering, and we are so excited this part of their journey has begun!  A special thank you to this year’s Coming of Age Mentors; Brittany Lee-Bowdren, Xandi Garino, Frank Sirianni & Nancy Stanwood.  We are so grateful for your dedication to our Youth.

Around the corner:

December 22:  Holiday Caroling at 10:30am.  Mark your calendars and please stay tuned for more details!

December 24:  Christmas Eve Multigenerational Worship Service for All Ages at 5:00pm.  Carol sing will begin at 4:30pm.

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday!

In kindness,
Amy
