The Coming of Age group gathered at SUUS in June with their advisors to create a garden of gratitude hearts which are now displayed in the front of the SUUS building. With the approval of parents and the SUUS Covid-19 Protocol Team, the group gathered outdoors in our parking lot, wearing masks, and keeping proper physical distance to paint and decorate wooden hearts with the message of “Thank You” to our essential workers. The group decided on creating multilingual signs with thank you written in English, Spanish, French and Italian for the countries hardest hit with the virus. Thanks to Chris Jobson for cutting out and assembling the wooden hearts. Please drive by and check it out!
