On April 27th, there will be a discussion of the SUUS Spring Common Read title – “An Indigenous Peoples; History of the United States” at 7:00pm at SUUS. Please plan to come…even if you’ve not finished the book or have only read parts of it!
This book was the 2019-2020 choice for the UUA Common Read. United States history is told through a narrative that centers on the story, the experiences, and the perspectives of indigenous people. We will use the discussion materials that were developed by the UUA. The book is available in area libraries and can be purchased at booksellers.
