Join “Music at the Meetinghouse” for a special hour of music by candlelight as they pray for an end to violence in Ukraine. This benefit concert will feature Mezzo-Soprano Karolina Wojteczko and will include sacred music selections from across the centuries for voice, organ, violin and cello. All proceeds will to to the immediate needs of Ukrainian refugees. This concert is open to the public.
Wojteczko will perform alongside composer Julian Revie, cellist Miriam Liske-Doorandish, and violinists Katherine Arndt and Michael Ferri. The 14-song set will include pieces sung in Ukrainian such as the Ukrainian Orthodox chant –The Sorrowful Mother.
