Dear SUUS Families,
Welcome back from break! I hope it was a restful one.
Please join us this Sunday, February 26 at 10:30am for Worship & the Faith Formation Winter Celebration! All are welcome to join! The fellowship hall bin is filled to the brim with items for Stuff A Backpack and we are ready to get stuffing! In addition to the Stuff A Backpack assembly line there will be stations to make inspirational cards to include in the backpacks and blankets for our SUUS friends in nursing homes. Jennifer Swenson has also visioned a watercolor painting project as well as a special Faith Formation food table which will be revealed during coffee hour… ! You won’t want to miss this Sunday of Social Justice Action & Fun! Childcare will be available starting at 10:15am in the fellowship hall.
High School Youth are invited to meet at 9:30am on Sunday morning to help with setup. Thanks in advance for lending a hand!

*Worship & Faith Formation begin at 10:30am (unless otherwise noted) and Faith Formation concludes when coffee hour begins at which point Parents & Caregivers are responsible for children. Thank you!
REGISTRATION: Children & youth must be REGISTERED ONLINE to participate in Faith Formation activities.
CHILDCARE: Childcare will be provided on Faith Formation Exploration days only. We encourage all families to participate in whole congregation worship for multigenerational services. Children ages preK and younger can sign-in with Childcare Assistant at 10:15pm in the Fellowship Hall. Parents/Guardians will need to sign children out after worship.

COVID 19 SAFETY: Masks required indoors for all over 2 years of age. We encourage all who are eligible to be vaccinated to the fullest extent possible. During our small group Faith Formation Exploration time masks are optional. If you are feeling even the slightest bit sick OR have been around someone who has been sick, please keep your mask on. STUFF A BACKPACK for New London Homeless Hospitality Center
Faith Formation is collecting NEW or GENTLY USED Backpacks or Duffle Bags for MEN in need. Please help us collect bags & NEW items from the list below to STUFF A BACKPACK! Collection bins will be at the top of the SUUS steps until Sunday morning February 26. During the service that morning, Faith Formation will have a Winter Celebration focused on the monthly theme LOVE where children and youth will stuff bags for delivery to New London Homeless Hospitality Center. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
