This Week in Faith Formation: EVERYONE BRING THEIR FAVORITE STUFFED ANIMAL ON SUNDAY!

Please join us this Sunday, November 5 at 10:30am for our next Faith Formation Exploration. Children will start the morning with their families in the sanctuary for the first 15 minutes, then the pre-K to 6th gra class will meet upstairs in the fireplace room.

We are going to continue to learn about coming to church.
We are going to learn about Child dedication.
We are going to dedicate the sloth that we adopted from Beardsley zoo last year.
We are going to learn about the congregations responsibility including children’s responsibility in guiding new children in our Unitarian Universalist faith.
After we have dedicated the sloth, then we will plan a stuffed animal dedication for our stuffed animals.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO BRING THEIR FAVORITE
STUFFED ANIMAL ON SUNDAY.

The 8th and 9th grade class will be doing Building Bridges upstairs in the couch room.

Building Bridges is a world religions program to deepen youth’s understanding of the dynamic, fascinating, and varied world in which they live. It seeks to broaden their knowledge of humanity and embolden their spiritual search.

We made 30 birthday cake kits for the food pantry.

Our next social justice project will be collecting items for The Homeless Hospitality Center in New London. More information to come.
