Join UU the Vote on Thursday, March 14 at 7 pm ET/4 pm PT, to ground, connect, and get ready!
In collaboration with UU the Vote CT and Shoreline Indivisible, SUUS has packets of postcards (20 cards in each packet) with stamps, addresses and detailed instructions to write and mail cards to voters in Georgia. Mail dates are quite late so there is lots of time to write. **Mail Postcards from April 22 to May 9th**
We are encouraging Voters of Color in Georgia to vote in the upcoming primary. These voters need to be sure that they are properly registered and need to know what is at stake. We know that if a voter votes in the primary they are much more likely to vote in the general.
We are asking for a small donation to cover the cost of stamps. If you can help, please give your check or cash to Mary Strieff. Checks can be made out to SUUS with “stamps” in the memo line.
This year, we will mobilize our friends, our neighbors, our fellow UUs to generate a groundswell of democratic action and leadership towards a thriving future beyond Nov 5 – because we the people are the democracy.
