March Share The Plate: Orange Ribbons for Jaime Foundation

On March 3 at 1:00, Fred Guttenberg, Jaime’s father and founder of this non-profit will join SUUS via Zoom in a discussion to dispel the myths surrounding gun violence and what we can do to promote gun safety

This month we will Share our Plate with Orange Ribbons for Jaime, a non-profit founded by the parents of Jaime Guttenberg, who was a victim at the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas shooting.

Donations to Orange Ribbons are divided among a variety of organizations that were important to Jamie: the Paley Foundation that helps children who suffer from rare congenital, developmental and post-traumatic conditions; the Humane Society; and Jacob’s Pillow, an organization for the support and education for creative dance.

A new initiative just starting is to provide emotional support dogs to people directly affected by gun violence.
