Our Green Team has chosen the Connecticut Climate Crisis Mobilization to share our plate with in April. C3M mobilizes a coalition of organizations in CT to accelerate urgently needed action toward a just transition to 100% clean, renewable energy and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030; an end to environmental racism; and an economy based on human needs.
C3M builds the movement by making connections among groups such as faith communities, unions, and organizations dedicated to peace, immigrant rights, sustainable agriculture, and social justice, as well as connections to environmental organizations. The coalition advocates, works for legislative initiatives, educates around climate issues, and organizes rallies and other direct actions.
We know we need to act, and actions taken in a group have more impact than those taken by an individual. Please help us help Connecticut reach its climate goals.
