It turns out that the world is full of monsters, isn’t it? Some of these are internal — the emotional monsters of our own inner landscapes — and other are external — the violent forces in our world that want to keep us under their control. We’re going to talk about all kinds of monsters in this service, and see if we might find a way of approaching them with a bit of perspective and possibility.
Christopher Freimuth is a garden designer and seminarian based in New Haven, CT. In addition to creating pollinator gardens and urban forests, Christopher is currently pursuing an MDiv. at Yale Divinity School. His focus in school and life is on the intersection of spiritual care, horticulture and design.
