Weekly Yoga & Meditation Classes

SUUS members, Maryann Bracken and Elizabeth Hale-Rose are offering classes to our community to help put a little structure in our weeks and reduce some of the stress we may be feeling. These will take place through Zoom.

Meditation Class: Tuesday nights at 8pm with Elizabeth Hale-Rose LCSW CPC

Yoga Class: WEDNESDAY mornings at 10am with Maryann Bracken
 Beginning this Thursday, April 9, a gentle yoga class with stretching and a few movements to wake up your body, help you move more easily and feel more relaxed. If you cannot sit on the floor comfortably you can use a chair; otherwise have your yoga mat ready or a carpet/blanket to place under your knees for kneeling positions. The session will be 50-60 minutes. Feel free to contact Maryann by clicking here if you have questions.  A meeting ID will be sent out next week.

Please sign in early, from 9:45 to 9:55. We would like to begin the class at 10:00 and It will be disruptive to the class to have latecomers.
