The purpose of the Social Justice Coordinating Team is to inform, educate and support congregational members in areas of social concern, to find ways to rectify social injustices at all levels of society, and to support our social justice task forces  CLICK HERE for an overview of all we do

for increased visibility.

UU THE VOTE is our major focus through November. CLICK HERE to learn more AND join us this Sunday on the Guilford Green between 1-4pm to join with Shoreline Indivisible More postcards will be available soon. Donations for stamps are always welcome. Each 20 card pack costs about $10 in postage to mail.

SHARE THE PLATE is our weekly offering to organizations that support the SUUS mission. CLICK HERE to learn more. This year (August to March) SUUS has donated over $5910 to 8 causes.

KIVA is our ongoing micro lending organization we continue to support.

GREEN TEAM is our environmental group that connects through email and social media. CLICK HERE to learn more

FOOD INSECURITY is an ongoing ministry. SUUS collects non-perishable items and along with paper products and toiletries and distributes them to the various pantries and shelters along the shoreline. Barb Francese has been our liaison and works every Wednesday in Madison from 11-3pm to distribute food and deliver meals. Contact Barb to learn more.
